As an activist, Bach started Self Help Addiction Recovery Program (S.H.A.R.P.) which is actively supported by George Harrison, Eric Clapton, and Pattie Boyd and is busy helping people come out of addiction. She has also been campaigning for Vegetarianism along with her husband and Beatles drummer Ringo Starr.
